Dear Donny and Marie and the whole Osmond family, I watched your show when I was only 10 years old back in the 70's, and I told my family that I would get to meet you all some day. Well, that wish began to come true when I met Donny and the Osmond brothers backstage after the Clearfield County Fair in PA. We watched the fireworks and talked for hours. I was in heaven! I then met Jimmy backstage at the Pocono Playhouse when he played Joseph. I saw Marie at the Kirby Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA but did not get to talk to her. I still have a lot of your albums and also have a large selection of books and magazines. I just want you to know that I will always admire your special qualities and pray that you will remain on television for years to come. You are the best! I am also going to Branson in the years to come. Thank you, Sincerely, Cindy Royce (10-24-1998)

I think Sir Droopy Drawers in here has been in a few train wrecks LOL. And I bet his drawers really do droop along with his good taste. Donny and Marie - you know what they say - consider the source. You are loved by so many and it's so neat the way the guests are relating to you and mention how much they loved you in the 70's and watched your show along with all of us. You're so refreshing. Love ya, PB (10-23-1998)

Jody Maes (amaes@cts.com) says:

Vonnie Hauck (none at present) says:

L Dexter (kadexter@juno.com) says:
I think the Donny and Marie Show is one of the best memories I have. I loved the ice-skating! I would love to see another movie w/all families (autobiography)of the Osmond generation(s). I am ashamed to admit I always watched the devotional at 11 on KBYU. Since you coincicde with that I watch y'all most of the time instead. Could you show more "clips" of the old show or family times? That's very endearing to all of us. No--we can't live in the past. But perhaps we can enhance our future by weaving threads of the past into our ever changing tapestry. Drive-On Donny & Marie. By the way--my Uncle Ross McArthur helped you (D) build a hydarulic bed with drawers for purple socks. Sounds like it was quite the room. Do you still have it? Joseph was incredible! I was also living in NYC 1988 when the family (Marie and a few others) did a great concert up in north Westchester for Christmas. It was great--just like you!!!! Sincerely, Linda P. Dexter P.S. Marie-make him get his own hammock next time! I"hit" my husband in my sleep, too. Just one of the downsides to being married to an amazing woman like you! (10-22-1998)

Sir Droopy Drawers says:
Just recovered from my "train incident". While I was in ICU, I was mostly in a daze, the nurse put in a TV in my room and to my surprise, ( or demise), there it was, The Donnie & Marie Show! AGGGGHHHHH! Wasn't getting hit by a train enough? The glare from their teeth nearly blinded me! I kicked the drug habit a few years ago, but now I have a strong argument to start up again. Please folks, this can't be happening again. Get a hold of yourselves. If you want to watch a "real" talk show, watch Jerry Springer! Please excuse me, my asylum awaits for me. (10-20-1998)

Beth says:

TINA ADRIAN (David-Chat@webtv.net) says:
TO THE MEAN PEOPLE WHO WRITE MEAN STUFF TO DONNY AND MARIE, You have no brain, heart and definitely no taste. We need more entertainers who do have talent and a lot of charm like THE OSMONDS. They have class and high standard values Americans should copy. TO DONNY AND MARIE, Please do not be discouraged by mean people who try to hurt you. They are not worth paying attention to, so please do not let them make you fell bad. It really is hard to be in the business you are in. You can not please everybody. I think you guys are strong people. Keep smiling. You bring a lot of hapiness to all of us who love you. Take care (10-19-1998)

Tami Williams (MTGV@webtv.com) says:
Living here in Salt Lake City, UT is great. Not just because the Osmonds are from this area but because of the beauty of the landscape. I have been a fan, though, for about- eek - 30 years. I think Donny could be considered the "Frank Sinatra" of my generation. Look at how long he has been around. While doing "Joseph" how many of you have held the same job for 6 PLUS years!!!?!?? Doing the same thing everyday (unless your a mailcarrier that is) He is like the energizer bunny, he keeps on going and going. I wish Marie and Donny a much deserved success on their new show. Not too many entertainers from the 70's are still around now, so for anyone puttng down their good wholesome livng -well - shame on you! (10-02-1998)

Chris Kelly (christek@graceland.edu) says:
I have lots of Osmond Albums and Posters that I no longer have room for if there are those out there interested in purchasing any of these items or looking for something in particular. Please contact me it there is any interest. I have kept them all these years and would rather see them go to someone who would really appreciate them. (09-25-1998)
